Changes need a decision,
not an assumption.
If a specification changes or an issue affects cost, timing or acceptance, the relevant decision is recorded. We do not silently substitute a different requirement.

- Confirm the contracting and payment parties.
- Agree the product specification and sample status.
- Define checks and acceptance criteria.

- Agree who can approve changes and release.
