Can I work directly with the factory?
Yes. We can agree a defined sourcing or coordination service while you contract with the supplier directly. Alternatively, we can discuss a broader managed arrangement. The contracting parties, payments and responsibilities are confirmed for each project.
How are service fees and other costs handled?
We first clarify the task. Service fees, samples, shipping, inspections and third-party costs are identified in the proposed scope before paid work begins. We do not advertise a universal fee that ignores the work involved.
Do you source only in Tianchang?
We are based in Tianchang. Depending on the product and practical support available, we can evaluate options in Yangzhou, Nanjing and surrounding manufacturing areas. We assess each request rather than claiming to source every product in China.
Can you arrange inspections or testing?
Inspection scope, sampling, acceptance criteria and reporting must be agreed. Full inspection, sampling inspection, laboratory testing and certification are different services. Third-party work and costs are separately confirmed.
What if my quantity or specifications are not final?
Send what you have and explain what is undecided. A product description, destination country and any reference image or specification are enough to start the discussion.
