1. Who we are and how to contact us

25TC Sourcing (25tc.com) is operated by Anhui Morhon Technology Co., Ltd. (安徽茂亨科技有限公司), based in Hefei, Anhui, China. We help buyers find products and work with suppliers located in Tianchang, Anhui. Our company is responsible for the personal information we collect through this website and our related inquiry correspondence.

For purchasing inquiries or privacy requests, email info@25tc.com or call +86 180 5502 6992. Please identify your inquiry, where possible, so we can locate the relevant record. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why limited verification is necessary.

2. Information we collect

When you send a requirement, we collect your name, email address, destination country and the product or purchasing requirement you provide. Optional fields include company name, the type of help you need, estimated quantity, budget, preferred delivery date, phone or WhatsApp number, reference product and reference link. A company email address is not required.

If you arrive from a product page, the form can include the product name, reference code and source page. The website also records submission details such as the date, time, inquiry number, page URL, IP address, browser information, security-check information and your information-use consent. If you contact us by email or phone, we process the contact details and business correspondence you choose to provide.

The website does not accept file uploads. Please email us first to discuss your requirement. Do not put private document links, passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or unnecessary information about other people in the form. Please do not send confidential drawings or files in an initial message.

3. Why we use this information

• To assess product and supplier options in Tianchang, discuss scope and fees, and carry out services you subsequently agree with us.

Submitting an inquiry does not place an order, commit you to a fee or subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. We do not use the inquiry form to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

4. Who receives information

Submitted requirements are saved in our WordPress website using Contact Form 7 and Flamingo and sent as email notifications to our designated internal sales mailbox. Our staff use these records to assess and respond to inquiries. For public inquiries and privacy requests, please use info@25tc.com.

Service providers supporting website hosting, backups, email delivery and security process information needed for those functions. These include our website hosting provider, Hostinger; Amazon Web Services for Amazon SES notification delivery; and Cloudflare for website security and Turnstile. Email correspondence is also processed by the providers of the mailboxes involved.

If you ask us to approach suppliers or coordinate a project, we may share the relevant product requirements with Tianchang suppliers and, where needed, inspection, logistics or other service providers involved in your request. We limit information to what is needed for that work and discuss the handling of confidential materials before you provide them. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell inquiry contact details.

5. Cookies, security checks and measurement

The website and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies needed for security, site operation and administrator sessions. Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether form traffic is likely to be legitimate and processes technical signals such as network and browser information. We use Google Search Console to review search visibility and aggregate search-performance information. At the date of this notice, Google Analytics tracking is not enabled in the website’s configured analytics integration. If we introduce optional analytics or advertising tracking, we will update the relevant disclosures and provide choices or obtain consent where required before using those technologies. The inquiry consent checkbox is not a tracking-consent control.

On 13 September 2026, limited internal TEST visits were used to check a proposed consent-based analytics integration. The integration is currently paused while its historical tag associations and counting behavior are reviewed. Optional analytics will not be activated for ongoing use until the setup and related choices are verified.

6. Where information is processed

Our business operates in China. Information may be processed in China and in countries where our hosting, email and security providers operate. Our current Amazon SES notification service uses the US West (N. California) region. Different countries may have different data-protection rules. Applicable data-protection requirements continue to apply to these transfers. You can contact us for information about the providers involved and the safeguards relevant to your information. Please contact us before sharing information subject to special transfer or confidentiality restrictions.

7. How long we keep information

We retain inquiry records and correspondence according to the time needed to assess and follow up your request, maintain an ongoing business relationship, perform agreed services, resolve disputes and comply with applicable record-keeping obligations. These purposes, the status of the inquiry and any legal retention requirement determine the retention period; we do not promise an automatic deletion date for every inquiry.

The current website email-log setting is 90 days. That setting does not delete the separate Flamingo inquiry record, mailbox correspondence or backup copies. A deletion request is assessed across the relevant records, subject to necessary legal retention and the normal handling of backup copies.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access to or a copy of your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Some information may still need to be retained for an applicable legal obligation or legal claim.

Send requests to info@25tc.com. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that a request relates to you and will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also complain to the data-protection authority with jurisdiction over your situation. You can contact us by email instead of using the form, and you can leave optional fields blank.

9. Security, external links and updates

The website uses HTTPS, and inquiry records are handled through our administration and email systems. No website or email channel can guarantee absolute security. Please contact us first before sending sensitive or confidential material; the public form is not a secure document-transfer service.

Links to external services have their own privacy practices. This business sourcing service is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can assess and address it.
